The Pillars of Privacy at 123abc

Six principles that guide how we handle every piece of information you share with us

Minimal and Necessary Data Collection

The 123abc only collects the information strictly necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and meet legal obligations. We do not ask for data that serves no real purpose — no pet names, no security questions from the early 2000s. Full name, CPF, email, date of birth, and Pix banking details: that is all we need to function.

Encryption at Every Layer

All communication between your device and the servers of 123abc is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Brazil's largest banks. Sensitive data such as your CPF and banking information is stored in encrypted format and is never exposed in plain text at any layer of the platform's infrastructure.

Your Data Is Never Sold

The 123abc does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data to third parties. Full stop. Information sharing only occurs when required by law (for example, to comply with judicial or regulatory orders) or when necessary for service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements — such as Pix payment processors and live casino technology providers.

Full LGPD Compliance

The General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) is the regulatory framework that governs how companies in Brazil must handle personal data. The 123abc was structured from the ground up to operate within these rules — with defined legal bases for each type of processing, a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO), and internal security incident response procedures.

You Control Your Preferences

Through your account dashboard on the 123abc, you can manage which marketing communications you wish to receive, withdraw consent for the use of your data in personalization analytics, and request the deletion of specific data. Preferences are saved instantly and honored across all platform communication channels.

Direct Channel to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of your rights under the LGPD — access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection — simply contact 123abc in English, available 24 hours a day, or by sending an email to privacidade@123abc.asia with the subject line "LGPD Rights". Requests will be responded to within 15 business days of receipt.

1

Who We Are — The Data Controller

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018), the controller of personal data collected on this Platform is the 123abc, operated under the domain 123abc.asia, with Brazilian user support available in Portuguese 24 hours a day at suporte@123abc.asia.

The controller is responsible for all decisions regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of this Platform — from defining which data is collected to setting retention periods and deletion criteria. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted directly at privacidade@123abc.asia for requests related to data subject rights.

2

Data We Collect

The 123abc collects different categories of personal data depending on the type of interaction you have with the Platform:

2.1 — Registration Data

Full name, date of birth, email address, CPF, mobile number, and residential address. This information is required to create and maintain an active, verified account on 123abc. Without it, we cannot process deposits, Pix withdrawals, or VIP Program participation.

2.2 — Identity Verification Data (KYC)

Government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport), a verification selfie, and a proof of address issued within the last three months. This data is collected to meet anti-money laundering (AML) and age verification obligations — regulatory requirements for operating betting and casino platforms in Brazil.

2.3 — Financial Data

Pix key, deposit and withdrawal history, payment methods used (boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago), transaction amounts and dates. This data is necessary to process payments, detect fraud, and meet the tax and regulatory obligations applicable to 123abc's operations in Brazil.

2.4 — Usage & Behavioral Data

Sports betting history (football, volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA, UFC, e-sports), casino games used (roulette, blackjack, crash games, slots), access frequency, session duration, device used (mobile or desktop), operating system, IP address, and approximate location. This data is used to personalize the experience, detect unusual behavior, and monitor signs of problem gambling.

2.5 — Communication Data

Conversations with customer support (live chat, email, WhatsApp), submitted feedback, and satisfaction survey responses. These records are kept for service quality, team training, and dispute resolution purposes.

3

How We Use Your Data

The 123abc uses the data collected for the following purposes:

  • Operating and maintaining your account: create, verify, protect, and manage access to your account on the Platform;
  • Process transactions: deposits via Pix, boleto, card, or digital wallets, and withdrawals via Pix to your registered bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, or any institution with a valid Pix key);
  • Fulfill legal obligations: age verification, anti-money laundering (AML/KYC), and compliance with judicial and regulatory orders;
  • Personalize your experience: recommend relevant promotions, suggest games based on your history, and adapt the interface layout to your usage profile;
  • Fraud prevention: monitor atypical behavior patterns, use of multiple accounts, access from suspicious devices, or bonus abuse attempts;
  • Platform Improvement: analyze aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve features, fix bugs, and develop new functionality;
  • Marketing communications: send promotions, updates, and notifications — only with your consent, with an opt-out option available at any time.

Use for automated decision-making: the 123abc may use automated algorithms to detect at-risk behavior (problem gambling or fraud). When an automated decision significantly impacts your account — such as a preventive suspension — you have the right to request a human review. Simply contact Portuguese-language support with your case code.

4

Legal Bases for Processing (LGPD)

Every data processing operation carried out by the 123abc has a defined legal basis, as required by Article 7 of the LGPD. Below are the bases we apply to each processing category:

Purpose of Processing Legal Basis (LGPD)
Registration & Account Creation Contract performance
Processing deposits and withdrawals Contract performance
Identity verification (KYC/AML) Legal obligation
Fraud prevention Legitimate interest
Marketing and promotional communications Consent
Experience Personalization Consent
Compliance with court orders Legal obligation
Product improvement (anonymized data) Legitimate interest
5

Data Sharing

The 123abc does not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. Information sharing only occurs in the following specific situations:

5.1 — Payment Processors

To process transactions via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago, 123abc shares the necessary financial data with the respective payment processors. All processors operate under contracts requiring the same level of data protection applied by 123abc and are compliant with the LGPD and the regulations of the Banco Central do Brasil.

5.2 — Gaming Technology Providers

Live casino providers (such as live roulette and blackjack streaming) and RNG suppliers for virtual games receive minimal session data to operate the tables. This data does not include full financial details or identity documents — only anonymized session identifiers required for the games to function technically.

5.3 — Authorities & Legal Obligations

123abc may disclose personal data when required by law, court order, regulatory ruling, or investigation by a competent authority in Brazil. In such cases, we will share only the data specifically requested and will notify the data subject whenever permitted by law.

Important note: the 123abc never shares your data with third-party advertising platforms for behavioral advertising outside our Platform without your explicit and renewable consent.

6

Data Retention and Deletion

The 123abc retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or to meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

  • Active account data: kept while the account is active and for up to 5 years after closure, for audit purposes and compliance with Brazilian tax and regulatory obligations;
  • KYC documents: retained for up to 5 years after account closure, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
  • Financial transaction records: retained for up to 10 years, in accordance with Brazilian tax requirements (Receita Federal);
  • Support communication data: retained for up to 3 years after the interaction for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes;
  • Marketing data (with consent): deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent by the data subject.

After the retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized so that the data subject can no longer be identified. You may request early deletion of your personal data — except for data that the 123abc is required by law to retain — through support or at privacidade@123abc.asia.

7

Data Security

The 123abc adopts a set of technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all communications between the browser/app and the Platform's servers;
  • Passwords stored using modern hashing algorithms (bcrypt) — never in plain text;
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) available and recommended for all members;
  • Real-time access monitoring with automatic alerts for suspicious login attempts;
  • Internal access control based on the principle of least privilege — employees of 123abc only access the data necessary for their specific functions;
  • Periodic security audits conducted by independent firms;
  • A documented incident response plan, with a maximum 72-hour window to notify the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in the event of a significant incident.

Shared responsibility: your account security also depends on you. Use a strong, unique password, enable 2FA, and never share your credentials with anyone. The 123abc never asks for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, it's a scam — report it to support immediately.

8

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The 123abc uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the Platform functions properly, personalize your experience, and analyze performance. See the types of cookies we use:

You can manage your cookie preferences through the banner shown on your first visit or from your account panel. For more details, see our cookie documentation available in support.

9

Your Rights as a Data Subject (LGPD)

The LGPD grants you a set of rights over your personal data processed by the 123abc. See how each right works in practice:

Access

You can request a copy of all personal data that 123abc holds about you at any time, including how it was collected, what it is used for, and who it has been shared with.

Correction

If any data is incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, you can request a correction through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Basic registration data can be updated directly in the dashboard; KYC data requires submission of new documentation.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data after closing your account. Deletion is completed within 30 days, subject to mandatory retention periods required by law (tax records, financial transaction logs, and KYC documents required under AML regulations).

Portability

You may request a structured export of your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) for transfer to another controller, where technically feasible. Requests will be fulfilled within 15 calendar days.

Consent Withdrawal

For processing based on consent — such as marketing communications and promotional personalization — you may withdraw your authorization at any time through your account dashboard or via the unsubscribe link in 123abc's communication emails.

Right to Object

You may object to data processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest if you believe your fundamental rights and freedoms override the controller's interest. The request will be reviewed by the 123abc DPO with a response within 15 days.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to privacidade@123abc.asia with the subject line "LGPD Rights — [your right]" or reach out via our customer support team, available 24/7 in Portuguese.

10

Minors

The services of 123abc are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Registration requires a date of birth and CPF, and any account whose holder is identified as a minor during the KYC process is immediately closed, with any real balance refunded after verification.

If you believe a minor has created an account on the 123abc, please contact us immediately at suporte@123abc.asia with the subject line "Minor" so we can act as a priority.

11

International Data Transfers

Some of the technology providers used by 123abc — such as cloud infrastructure providers and live casino software vendors — may be located outside Brazil. When personal data is transferred to servers in other countries, the 123abc ensures that such transfers occur only to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of protection, or through the adoption of contractual safeguards equivalent to those required by the LGPD, such as standard data protection clauses approved by the ANPD.

Brazilian financial data — especially information related to Pix transactions — is processed exclusively on infrastructure located in Brazil or in data centers certified for compliance with the Banco Central do Brasil.

12

Policy Updates

The 123abc may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, applicable Brazilian legislation, or the services offered. Any significant change will be communicated by email at least 15 days before the new version takes effect.

Minor changes — such as correcting typos or formatting adjustments that do not affect the substantive content of the Policy — may be published without prior notice. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update's effective date constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of this Policy.

Current version: January 2026 — supersedes all previous versions published on the Platform.

Why Privacy Is Taken Seriously at 123abc

Talking about data privacy in the context of an online casino might not seem like the most exciting topic at first — but it's one of the most important factors when choosing where to play. When you deposit via Pix, bet on Brasileirão football, or play live roulette, you're sharing financial and personal information that deserves the highest level of care. The 123abc understands this and was built with data protection at the core of its operations, not as an afterthought.

The LGPD (General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018) is Brazil's primary regulatory framework for personal data protection. Since coming into effect, it has established clear rules on how companies may collect, use, store, and share data from Brazilian users — and sets out strict penalties for non-compliance. The 123abc got ahead of this regulation and was already operating in line with its requirements before the law was fully enforced. Having a dedicated data protection officer (DPO), documented legal bases for each type of processing, and clear channels for exercising rights is not bureaucracy — it is genuine respect for the user.

One of the most common questions we get from support is: "Will 123abc sell my data?" The answer is straightforward and final: no. The data you share when creating your account and using the platform is used exclusively to operate the service you signed up for — verifying your identity, processing payments, personalizing your experience, and meeting legal obligations. There is no business model at 123abc based on monetizing user data for third parties. It never has existed and does not exist.

256-bit SSL encryption protects all traffic between your phone (or computer) and the servers of 123abc. It's the same standard used by Itaú, Bradesco, and Nubank on their internet banking platforms. When you enter your Pix key to withdraw winnings from roulette or fill out a deposit form, that data travels through an encrypted channel that is virtually impossible to intercept in practice. Internally, sensitive data such as CPF and banking information is stored in encrypted form — employees of 123abc do not have access to your CPF in plain text in any system.

The identity verification process (KYC) may seem like an inconvenience the first time you're asked to submit documents — but it's a safeguard that protects both 123abc as to who you are. Confirming that an account genuinely belongs to its holder prevents third parties from using your details to open fraudulent accounts, request unauthorized withdrawals, or circumvent betting limits. For members who complete verification and have their information confirmed, Pix withdrawals are processed faster precisely because identity has already been validated on the platform.

If you have any questions about how your data is handled at 123abc, want to exercise your LGPD rights, or simply want to better understand a specific part of this Policy, our support team is available 24 hours a day in Portuguese. Privacy shouldn't be a maze of legal jargon — it should be transparent, accessible, and respectful. That's what 123abc strives to deliver through this Policy and every decision we make about how we handle our members' information.

LGPD Compliance — Law No. 13.709/2018

The 123abc treats all personal data collected in compliance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your data at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us by email privacidade@123abc.asia or through our Portuguese-language support, available 24h. To file a complaint with the regulatory authority, visit the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) portal. See also our Terms & Conditions for additional information on how to use the Platform.
