Here are the rules governing the use of the 123abc platform in Brazil. Please read carefully before creating your account — we wrote this document in plain language so you can understand your rights and obligations without needing a lawyer.

Only residents of Brazil aged 18 or over may create an account on 123abc. Each person may hold only one registered account. All information provided must be accurate and match valid identification documents. 123abc reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
All amounts are in BRL (R$). The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, or Mercado Pago. Withdrawals are processed via Pix to the key registered on the account — processing time varies by VIP level, with an average of up to 3 minutes for Gold and Diamond members.
Each promotion has its own rollover requirements, expiry date, and eligible games, as described on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus is 100% up to R$ 500.00 with a 5x rollover. Bonuses not claimed within the specified period are automatically cancelled with no impact on the real balance.

The member is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. The 123abc will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately to have your account preventively blocked.
The 123abc offers deposit limits, temporary and permanent self-exclusion, and direct access to specialized support. Any behavior suggesting problem gambling may trigger active intervention from our team to guide the member and recommend the available protection tools.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by the 123abc on the platform available at 123abc.asia and its associated mobile applications ("Platform"). By creating an account, depositing, placing bets, or using any feature of the 123abc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, do not use the Platform.
Use of the Platform 123abc is subject to full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs when you complete registration and check the agreement box during the account creation process. By accepting, you confirm that:
Important: These Terms may be amended by the 123abc at any time. You will be notified by email at least 15 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after an update's effective date constitutes automatic acceptance of the new Terms.
To use the services of the 123abc, you must create a personal, non-transferable account. Registration is free and available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or over residing in Brazil.
Each individual may maintain only one active account on the 123abc. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent limits, or bypass identity verification is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balance, and may also lead to the freezing of any real balance pending verification.
The 123abc may request identification documents at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or in cases of unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport, along with proof of address issued within the last three months. Members have 72 hours to submit the requested documents. Withdrawals are suspended for accounts with pending verification.
The member is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is never shared with third parties. The 123abc offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. All financial transactions on the 123abc are conducted in BRL (R$). The platform does not accept deposits in other currencies and does not perform currency conversion.
The 123abc accepts the following deposit methods: Pix (instant, 24/7), boleto bancário (cleared within up to 3 business days), major credit and debit cards, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. Deposits via international transfer, cryptocurrencies, or methods not listed in this document are not accepted.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Processing time varies by VIP level: Gold and Diamond members average 3 to 5 minutes; Bronze and Silver members may wait up to 30 minutes during business hours and up to 2 hours outside those times. Withdrawals requested before identity verification is complete will be held until the process is finalized.
Your account balance is split into real balance (from deposits and winnings on real-balance bets) and bonus balance (from promotions). Only the real balance can be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus balance into withdrawable real balance, the rollover requirement for the corresponding promotion must be met. Your active rollover is always shown in real time on your account dashboard.
Please note: The 123abc does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals. Any bank charges levied by the receiving institution are the member's sole responsibility.
The 123abc offers bonuses and periodic promotions to its members. Each offer has specific rules published on the Promotions page, including rollover requirements, eligible games, expiration date, and maximum bet amount during rollover.
The 123abc reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abusive behavior is suspected, such as betting on both sides of a market ("hedge betting") or creating multiple accounts to repeatedly collect bonuses. Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically removed from the balance and cannot be reactivated.
The Sports Betting section of the 123abc covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, and other national and international tournaments), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA, UFC, tennis, and e-sports, among others. Sport-specific rules are published on each section's page.
A bet is considered valid once it receives platform confirmation and a bet slip code is generated. Bets placed after a live event has started are accepted only if confirmed before the relevant event (goal, card, etc.) that determines the market outcome.
If an event is canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or ended prematurely without reaching the minimum result required for settlement, all affected bets will be refunded to the account's real balance. For football matches, the refund applies when the event does not reach 90 minutes of play (regular time).
If the 123abc identifies a technical or human error that resulted in clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 50:1 in an outcome market where the fair price would be close to 1:1), the platform reserves the right to cancel or recalculate the affected bets, notifying the members involved by email. Obvious errors do not give rise to any payment obligation.
The casino games available on the 123abc — including roulette (European, American, French, Lightning Roulette), blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and slots — use a random number generator (RNG) that is regularly audited by independent companies. The RTP (return to player) for each game is displayed on that game's page.
Live casino tables stream results in real time through dedicated cameras, with no software intermediating the outcome. Dealers are professionals trained in Portuguese and operate according to the published rules for each game variant. If a technical failure during a live round prevents the game from being completed, the bet is voided and the amount is returned to the member's balance.
Betting limits: Each casino table has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before the round begins. The 123abc may periodically adjust these limits, with prior notice on the respective table pages.
The VIP Program of the 123abc has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier upgrades happen automatically based on accumulated points, calculated proportionally to the total amount wagered across any category on the platform — R$ 10.00 wagered equals 10 VIP points.
VIP points are calculated based on real-balance wagers. Bets placed with bonus balance do not generate points. The 123abc may, at its discretion, run double-points campaigns during special events (for example, Copa Libertadores final weeks), with prior notice on the Promotions pages.
Use of the Platform 123abc must comply with applicable Brazilian law and digital conduct standards. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

The 123abc may suspend or close an account in the following situations:
You may request account closure at any time through Portuguese-language support. Accounts closed at the member's request will have any available real balance returned via Pix after standard verification checks, provided there are no pending rollover requirements or active investigations. Unused bonuses are canceled with no refund.
The 123abc may suspend or close an account in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, use of multiple accounts, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform or other members. In such cases, the 123abc will notify the member by email with the reasons for the suspension. The real balance may be held during the investigation and released upon its conclusion if the account is reinstated.
The processing of personal data by the 123abc is fully compliant with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and use of the Platform is used exclusively to:

Active limits cannot be reduced immediately — any limit reduction only takes effect after the original period expires, to ensure the tool remains effective. Changes that are purely formal in nature (typo corrections, formatting adjustments) or that directly benefit members may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform, without any prior notice period.
In the event of a conflict between the Portuguese version and any translation of this document into another language, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall prevail.
